We are Chad and Chrissy Wilkins, husband and wife team that own and operate Seven Seasons Farm. We love what we do, and we love sharing it with others.
Growing up on this farm, Chad spent countless hours in the summer heat while "helping" (it was more complaining about the heat) harvest whatever crop his grandparents had coming in at the time. He could have cared less about squash, green beans, tomatoes, peppers, okra, cows, pigs, etc., etc., etc. But he has tons of childhood memories from the farm, and he hopes to pass a few of those along to his children, who could care less about farming.
Chrissy grew up loving animals and agriculture of all kinds (and she still does) She is the dreamer - absolutely fearless when it comes to farming and never batting an eye at raising some new crop or animal. Without her vision, we'd be living in a subdivision. But thanks to her, her vision and fearlessness, we have jumped head first into running a farming operation.
We've studied some things, trying to learn all that we can to make sure the products we offer are wholesome and delicious. If we wouldn't eat it, we won't sell it (unless it's organ meat. Or pigs feet. We don't eat either of those, but we will sell it to those that do). We love and treat our animals humanely and with great respect. And we only take them to animal welfare approved slaughter facilities, because we believe that an animal that is well loved will provide the best nutrition. We never use synthetic pesticides on our crops, and harvest only when the fruit is ripe.
It is our honor to be able to serve you, and we look forward to meeting you, building a relationship with you, and getting your feedback on the products we offer.
Welcome to Seven Seasons Farm. We’re glad you’re here.
