When we say free range, we mean free range. Our chickens spend their days roaming the farm, whereever they choose, except the garden. Most of the time we are having to shoo them out of our way so we can things done. We do our best to protect them, and having a dog help.
These eggs are fresh with rich, deep orange yolks that you can't get from any store. We minimally wash them (only if needed) to preserve the bloom.
